Welcome

We believe that mindfulness is the required first step in 'saving the world'.

We practice to fix all of our problems, from the individual, to the organisational, to the global.

They all begin in our minds. When we fix ourselves, the rest will follow.

Our goal is to support 1% of people in the world to practice daily.

This is the tipping-point to lock-in culture change.

We do this via our online daily practice group, as well as through programs for individuals and organisations

We offer a full-spectrum (from the 1st day of your practice to the last), progressive suite of mindfulness programs focusing on:

Health & wellbeing

Stress/resilience & relationships

High-performance mindset

It is such a pleasure as well as a journey of learning to have become part of your mindfulness circle. The manner in which you lead us by demonstrating kindness, lightness and depth with any individual or topic has enabled people to bring their best and look at their 'worst'. I feel I have a new chance at embracing reality and that is a precious opportunity.

My life had lots of grey before your presence, kindness, love, awareness, presence of mind, patience, wisdom and acceptance – started to open up the way for me to see colour in my life. You keep showing up fully – for this I am deeply grateful. Thank you for pointing the way, and doing that from a place of having made the same journey yourself.

It's hard for me to put into words how grateful I am for you and your teachings. With your guidance and assistance I have achieved so much insight, presence and healing over the past 12 months. You embraced the messiness of it, 'good' was your often used phrase. I had never been shown the mind-body connection in the way that you did. It has far and away been the greatest growth period in my life.

K.T.

Thank you for making such a difference in my life. The practice has helped me stop my rampant and destructive thought patterns. My mindfulness practice has become my 'go to'. I can sit in silence and stop that madness and reactivity, and instead there is inner silence, peace and beauty. Sitting in the practice means being authentic, It is the one part of my life where I am true to myself.

We've changed our name!

The Mallas Mindfulness Method was previously known as Sensational Intelligence.

What is the Mallas Mindfulness Method

Our method is a step-by-step approach to getting you mentally healthy and fit. We integrate our proprietary neuroscience-based mind model with 4 ancient practices, giving you the knowledge and practical techniques to change and improve your mind.  Find out more.

Where does the Mallas Mindfulness Method come from?

'Mallas' is Manish's family name. 2,500 years ago, the Mallas family were the rulers of the kingdom in India where the Buddha died. As well as managing his funeral rites, Manish's ancestors learned to practice mindfulness directly from the Buddha, and have passed that practice down within the family over many generations.

The Mallas Mindfulness Method is the simple, deep and effective technique originally taught by the Buddha, kept alive within the Mallas family, and now shared with the world again by Manish Mallas, who frames the ancient practice with a modern, scientific understanding of our minds.  Find out more about us.
